A Year in Pictures

January 2016
The year began with a commission for a client in Spain, to create a sculpture based on the Brother's Grimm fairy tales.
Women in Literature, January 2016
This was followed by a commission for Stylist Magazine, to produce a sculpture to illustrate an article 
with the Green Party MP 'Caroline Lucas'.

Late January 2016
An editorial for German Magazine 'Myself'
The brief was to create a bouquet of roses made from toy paper Euros.
February 2016
I worked with stop-frame animator 'Carmen Bromfield' to finish the first section of my animated short 'Pinocchio'.  
The animation went on to be screened at London's Picturehouse in 'The Craft Film Festival' in May.  
June 2016
A paper-cut sculpture from the book 'Wild Flowers of the Chalk', 
for 'Beauty is the Garden' exhibition at Long and Ryle Gallery.
July 2016
A commission for a private client, titled 'The Pearl'.

July 2016
I was commissioned by Town and Country to create four book-sculptures for their fine jewellery shoot, photographed by Paul Zak, and published in their Autumn Edition in late August.




October 2016
Two of my dress-installations installed in 'Second Skin' exhibition at Museum Sinclair-Haus in Germany. 
The exhibition will go on to be displayed at Musuem Schloss Moyland Foundation, nr. Dusseldorf in 2018.
November 2016
I began work on Plumlines in August 2016, and the exhibition came to fruition in November, with a grand opening, accompanied by a reading by poet laureate 'Dame Carol Ann Duffy'.
